Listing Correction and Removal

Who can ask for a change

The owner, manager or an authorised representative of a pharmacy may ask us to correct or remove its listing. Anyone may report an error they have seen, for example a wrong address, a closed branch or a number that no longer works.

How to send a request

Email info@vorticepacifico.com with the subject line "Listing correction" or "Listing removal". Include the name of the pharmacy, the address as it appears on our site (copy the page link if you can), the change you want, and any evidence that supports it, such as an official letter or a link to the business profile.

Please also tell us your name and your role at the pharmacy so that we can confirm the request. We will not publish your personal details.

What happens next

We review each request and aim to reply within five working days. We may ask for further information before acting. Corrections are reflected on the site after our next data refresh, which can take a few days.

Changes made by Google

Pharmacy information is drawn from Google Places. If you want to change a name, address, phone number, website or opening hours permanently across Google services, update your business profile on Google Business Profile. Changes made there will reach our directory when we next refresh the data.

Removal

We will remove a listing when the pharmacy has closed permanently, when it asks us to remove it and the request is confirmed, or when a removal is required by law. Removal from our directory does not remove the listing from Google.

Privacy

We handle requests under our Privacy Policy. You can read how we use the information you send in the Privacy Policy, or write to info@vorticepacifico.com with any question.
